7/8/11 Stopped out - sell 100   for $7158
Made  $667 or 10.2%

8/11/11 buy 100 Caribou Coffee (CBOU) $1714.64  ($17.15/share)
8/18/11 sell 100 Cbou @ 13.50   loss $365 or 21.38%

I waited one day too late to sell when the market dropped 419 points.
  Summary: I have Altria (MO) on my watch list. It has good div. yield.
  It is above 200 day moving ave, heading toward the 50 DMA. , the MCD crossed up
  it is $25.70 today. I'll buy 200 shares, stay small.
